News

Data
»TritrypDB 5.0 is now available with updated versions of the Kinetoplastid protozoan genomes. This new release includes snapshots of the GeneDB database (January 2013) for all the genomes of Trypanosomes and Leishmanias in GeneDB. More details.
»Version 2 of P. yoelii yoelii 17X is now available on GeneDB.
»The Taenia solium genome is now also available on GeneDB. As previously announced, the genome and genes can also be accessed from the Taenia solium genome consortium homepage and downloaded from an FTP-site.
» As the locus tag prefix EmW is already in use in the INSDC databases, the prefix used for E. multilocularis systematic IDs has been changed to EmuJ. The numbers after the prefix remain the same (e.g. EmW_001166400 has become EmuJ_001166400).
