GeneDB contains release 4 of the T. brucei genome (strain TREU927/4 GUTat10.1) generated by the T. brucei projects at The Institute for Genomic Research (TIGR's T. brucei project) and The Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute (Sanger's T. brucei project).
